Terms, Conditions & Refund Policy

1. Ticket Terms

• Each ticket admits one person. Age limit: 7 years and above.
• Entry is subject to security checks and venue rules.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or transferred without prior approval.
• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID along with your ticket.

2. Refund Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• In the event the show is cancelled by the organiser, ticket value will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be processed on written request within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
• Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

3. Conditions of Entry

• Outside food, beverages, and professional cameras are not permitted.
• The organiser reserves the right of admission.
• Late entry may be restricted to avoid disruption of the performance.
